AMBIPLAYA is a legally constituted company, registered with the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit through the SAT and before the Instance of the State of Quintana Roo and the Municipality of Solidaridad that can manage the following:
Organization of work and controls in accordance with state legislation.
Promotion of special collection methods and agreements. Permanent in sight record of revenue.
Strict control of expenses and the supporting documents as well as the proof of special authorizations of the monitoring committee.
Management and control of operation and maintenance personnel of the condominium.
Water, electricity and services payments.
AMBIPLAYA is an integrated company that provides a professional Management and Maintenance Service to Residential Properties especially in the Municipality of Solidaridad. AMBIPLAYA is a company that bases its Management work on the REAL ESTATE PROPERTY LAW OF THE STATE OF QUINTANA ROO, in the provisions of the Constitutive Act of the Condominium and its Regulations.
Our Management Services include the continuous inspection of the common assets of the condominium, the planning of corrective measures to the usual problem derived from the housing use of the properties and the correct application of the corrective measures.
In the same way, surveillance activities are carried out as a result of strict compliance with the rules of coexistence agreed by the Supervising Committee in its Assemblies.
Collection activities and payment compliance to third parties are made as determined by the Supervising Committee, with the approval of the proposed Budget.
We work with a bank account duly accepted in the Assembly, with the minimum powers necessary.
Promptly every end of the month, an account statement is presented to all the condominium owners that contains the details of collection of ordinary and extraordinary fees, payments due and payroll of operation, maintenance and surveillance.
